There's a song by the Doobie Brothers called Long Train Runnin', I don't think it directly correlates, but have you ever had one of those weeks where you feel like your life that week was one of those long trains that just keeps going on and on? Meanwhile, you're stuck at the crossbars waiting for it to pass because just on the other side of the train is where you want to be.

For the past year my wife and I have been working on a book together, more recently, we have become more involved with it than ever before. Well, now, we find ourselves nearing the end and while I'm glad we are almost done with it, I feel like the characters we have written are more than just characters. They are our friends. There are a lot of parts in the book where it is more us in the book than just the fictional characters we are writing about.

The one positive out of all of this, my wife has become more my best friend and lover than ever before! I love you more than ever Sadie K. Frazier! I'm looking forward to our next adventure!
